Everyone at Blueleaf that I have had dealings with, Claire, Simon & Alistair were so calm & patient with me - even with me asking hundreds of questions about measuring up the living room space to see what furniture I could fit in & also about the size of the fridge/freezer space. On the day I moved in Simon was so calm & patient & showed me round the house again & was extremely thorough when it came to the meter readings & showing me how to test the smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. Even after I had moved in & checked the inventory & noticed some small maintenance issues, someone turned up within a couple of days to have a look, so I feel totally confident that any issues I have in the future will be rectified quickly & efficiently.
